Ion Exchange Service

Peptide are normally purified by column chromatography using TFA containing solvent. Therefore, the lyophilized powder includes TFA as a counter ion; this may affect your experiment adversely¹⁾.
To avoid this, we offer the optional service; exchanging counter ion from TFA to AcOH or HCl. Using this service, you can surely carry out your in vivo and in vitro experiments.
If necessary, exact amount of a counter ion (an anion) can be determined quantitatively by another optional service.
